Stretch the Arabian
Okay, maybe she's trying to look over a tall fence...yeah...that's it.
It seems like the majority of customs like this are Arabians for some reason. The shape of an arab's neck is very distinctive, but somehow- perhaphs- to some people, this equates to a giraffe neck.
